CSC is a 100% volunteer non-profit community sports organization.  We literally can't do this without your help!  Check this page often as we'll update it frequently with ways you can help CSC be successful.

CSC BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CSC is always in need of volunteers for the Board of Directors.  There's almost always a few vacant positions, and usually at least one or two people ready for someone else to take over because they're kids have aged-out of the program.  Most people won't even consider joining the Board because they're afraid of the time commitment, but it's actually nowhere near as heavy as people think.  The leadership team has been divided into 14 positions that, when fully staffed, delegates responsibilities evenly so nobody has a ton of work to do.  As with anything, the more volunteers we have, the less work there is for everyone to do.  There have been a few seasons CSC survived with just two or three board members running everything, and we've never been fully staffed at 14.  Imagine how easy it would be with a full staff!
